Final Sale Policy All products sold on our online store are final sale. This means that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. We are committed to providing high-quality products, and we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns before completing your purchase.

Hygiene and Contamination Once a cosmetic product is opened, it can be exposed to bacteria from the user's skin and hands, making it unsafe to resell to another customer due to potential contamination risks. For this reason, we strictly enforce our final sale policy to prioritize the health and safety of all our customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if your shipment is lost or stolen, please contact customer care at info@jusshanna.com within 7 days of purchase.

For damaged products, provide:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and delivery package

  • We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged or defective item. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for damaged or defective products; replacements are provided at our discretion.

For lost or stolen shipments, check with your local postal carrier or delivery company. If a tracking number shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, file a claim with the delivery company and provide us with proof of the claim. Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be sent.

Returning Products All returns must be approved by Jus Shanna customer care. Please contact us at info@jusshanna.com to obtain a return authorization number and mailing instructions. Replacement products, if approved, will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your return.
